Art at the Rock, November 21, 2009

In preparation for the Art at the Rock, the Rock Eagle animal ambassadors spent some time creating unique pieces of art.  Each painting was created with the help of a human assistant.  While the assistants picked the colors and put them on the canvas for the animal, the creation of the art was done unassisted. The proceeds from these paintings will go directly to the environmental education department. 

Money collected will help offset the cost of providing care to the educational ambassadors.  Art at the Rock will take place at the Rock Eagle 4-H Center from 9:00pm to 6:00pm on November 21st.  Local artists will be featured, displaying artwork in various media.  Admission to the event is free and food will be sold throughout the day.  Make sure to stop at the Rock Eagle booth and see us.
