  Audio/Visual Equipment


Limited basic A.V. equipment including LCD projectors, TV/VCR Monitors, DVD players, podiums, overhead and 35 mm slide projectors, P.A. systems available upon request.

All requests should be made at time of booking. No guarantees on last minute requests for equipment use.

Conference fee includes:

  • General meeting room & one time set up of tables & chairs
  • Additional break-out rooms based on number of participants
  • Flip Chart, easels, & markers
  • pavilions, athletic fields

Post-it charts are provided for guests.  Tape, staples, glue & nails are not to be used on walls or non-glass doors. Signs may be taped to glass doors and should be removed prior to departing center.
