| Bankers Building | Seats up to 350 people (theater seating). View layout (pdf) |
| Barkuloo Rich Building | Overlooks Rock Eagle Lake and seats up to 250 in the primary room and an additional 35 in two adjoining side rooms (smaller room 2, larger room 3), each equipped with individual outdoor entrances. View layout (pdf) |
| Callaway Building | Seats up to 300 with a smaller conference room seating an additional 25. View layout (pdf) |
| Chapel | Made of natural stone is a serene setting available for rental for weddings and special occasions. |
| EMC Senior Pavilion | Rests on the shore of Rock Eagle Lake. Currently seats 200. Many donors have contributed to the renovation of senior pavilion, which began during 2002. |
| Georgia Power Building | Three meeting rooms (Room 1, Room 2, Deck) accomodate up to 80 each. View layout (pdf) |

| Lake Lab I - NEW! | Two classrooms, up to 25 each. (Located in front of cabin #36, near LP Gas.) |

| Talmadge Auditorium | Seats 1,230 people. Equipped with professional sound and lighting equipment. It has been recently renovated with new seating, carpet and restrooms. (lobby, auditorium). Available to groups of 350 or more. View layout (pdf) |
| Wildlife/Ecology Building | Consists of four classrooms with the ability to seat 50-75 people. It also contains a lab and exhibit area. View layout (pdf) |
